We offer a 3-day return window for orders delivered within India.

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resellable condition
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Reason for return
  • Clear images of the product

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For orders delivered to the United States and Canada, we offer a 14-day return window.

Return requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Self-Ship Policy (All Countries)

Wolf Aura Co. does not provide reverse pickup services.

If your return is approved:

  • Customers must self-ship the product to the return address provided by us
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

Wolf Aura Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Return Shipping Timeline

Once your return request is approved:

The item must be shipped within:

  • 3 days of approval (India)
  • 5 days of approval (US & Canada)

The returned parcel must be delivered to us within:

  • 7 days of approval (India)
  • 14 days of approval (US & Canada)

Returns received after this period may not be accepted.


Size-Related Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for size-related issues.

Customers are strongly advised to review the size chart before placing an order. If unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

Size exchanges may be allowed only if explicitly approved and subject to product availability.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a return
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

Exchange approvals are subject to stock availability.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified regarding approval
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect

Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
